About this site
This site is run by HYBT Technologies, Inc., a Delaware C corporation, and describes HYBT Cloud, a service in early access, from hybt.tech.
Early access
Access is by request and depends on capacity provided through infrastructure partners. Pricing is usage-based and agreed in advance. Features, models, regions and compute types may change. There is no service level agreement unless we agree one with you in writing.
Acceptable use
You must use the service lawfully, including export control and sanctions rules. You must not attack or disrupt systems, gain unauthorised access, process content you have no rights to, or resell access without our written consent. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
Models, data and licences
You keep ownership of your code and data. You must have the rights to use them, and you must follow the licence of each model you use.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service and this site are provided as they are, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Liability that cannot be limited by law is not affected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
